You need to have your tutor reserve your schedule (you can't do it yourself) before you pay for it otherwise you might pay then not be able to get a schedule you like then you will need a refund.

You can see your tutor's availability by viewing the "free trial" calendar.

If you find openings that fit your schedule either email or text in Skype to your tutor and have them reserve your schedule.  Contact Info

Once your tutor has reserved your schedule you should purchase/start your subscription if you don't already have one.
